Drink YOUR Water


“Staying well-hydrated may slow down aging, prevent or delay development of chronic diseases, and therefore prolong disease-free life,” said lead investigator Natalia Dmitrieva, a researcher from the Laboratory of Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine at the U.S. National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.

It’s recommended that women drink at least/ minimum of 48 ounces per day. Men need a bit more at 64 ounces per day.

Cause to use the really cute, cool, hydro flasks, travel coffee cups and sparkly drinking cups we were gifted for Christmas🎄 I’m making a commitment to drink more water in 2023!😅

Will it be 48-72 ounces? We shall see 🙃👍🏽
