Perfect for allergies, flu symptoms, colds, and COVID. It just some delish, nutritious soup ?
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup fresh chopped ginger – peel & finely chop
-1/2 precook/roasted/rotisserie/leftover chicken (about 2-3lbs)
Saut� veggies in 2 tablespoons of bacon fat or olive oil (less fat) for 3 minutes. I prefer the flavor of smoke in the soup.
Add your spices while you stir/saut�. Brown chicken for 5 minutes.
?? Feel free to create your own 11 herbs & spices dear. Here’s a few of mine: Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, slap ya mama…?? Be creative! This is your Signature Soup ? ?. I like mine a bit spicy to help clear sinus and congestion.
After 4-6 minutes or marrying spices with veggies,
Add precooked chicken
Add 2 chicken broth containers (You know the ones?)
1 can of cream of celery or cream of chicken, soup – your choice.
Get funky with it and add Cream of Roasted Mushrooms. It a good fit ??
Bring to boil for about 5-7 minutes
Reduce to simmer for 30 mins.
*Add a bit of corn starch if you like a thicker soup,

Add real rice for the last 15- 20 mins. Success is not real rice. Read the ingredients.
Taste rice for desired tenderness. Careful?? Its hot ?
Remove from heat immediately.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
