A$AP Rocky, rapper and boyfriend of R&B hit maker Rihanna, is not the first spokesperson of color for Dior – he’s the second after fashion house signed Rihanna as the “first person of color” for the face of their womenswear collection and collaborated on a line of sunglasses titled “Rihanna.”

Tena Lawyer is a retired U.S. Army intelligence professional that began her career mentoring, coaching and training while in the U.S. Army. She taught analytical & critical thinking skills, basic instructor training, unconscious bias training, and peer-to-peer training & development. Currently, Tena is a substitute teacher in Palm Beach County, Florida and a student pursuing a PhD in Global Training and Development. She is passionate about education & training, coaching, mentoring and consulting.
