Unlearning often involves reprogramming.

Not everything we learned as children was truth. Not every lesson passed down by parents, teachers, or elders was the right one. Many of us inherited patterns of fear, limitation, silence, and survival that kept us small.
The work of adulthood is often unlearning.
Unlearning that love must hurt.
Unlearning that our worth is tied to productivity.
Unlearning that we must always put ourselves last.
Unlearning the negative thoughts about ourselves are NOT true.
We were programmed to believe a lot of things that do not serve us, and it’s up to us to rewrite the code.
To choose freedom over fear, expansion over limitation, and authenticity over programming.
Unlearning is not disrespecting where we came from—it’s honoring where we’re going. 🌱🙏🏽
