Solitude is Different!

Good article that I enjoyed and found agreement in the reasons we confuse loneliness with being alone and solitude as negative…generalized of course.

As I’ve aged, matured, and began to really value peace around me, I deliberately distance myself – just to reset and recharge. As an author of a memior and an introvert who’s put her entire life out there, I need to chill.

The article suggest we practice scheduled, structured solitude, if you’re a busy body and have to do something all the time.
